Currently, we ship all orders within 2 working days through UPS or GLS

We ship worldwide so our shipping rates are carefully calculated depending on the weight and size of your order, and vary depending on where you live. If there is some destination not available contact us before purchase.

All of our packages are shipped from Spain with UPS or GLS and will be delivered to your door. We offer to track all of our shipments.

Our shipping estimates do not include the time used for Customs procedures in the country of destination. That means that sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live. Some orders may experience customs delays if your country is not part of the EU because your order may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, or VAT charges. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, we are not responsible for the cost of any specific taxes payable in the destination country. These are in addition to, and not included in, the shipping cost and are incurred at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees.

We are not able to mark items as "gifts" or "non working" as it is illegal. The amount of these taxes or duties will vary depending on each country's import/export laws, and it is your responsibility to be informed of them and of all formalities required to deliver the order. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area.

For our international customer's protection, we may need to verify additional details regarding billing and shipping information and may need to place conditions on the method of payment used. Orders may be rejected if we cannot verify the information to our satisfaction. If we require additional information, we will be in contact you at the email address you provide.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please remember that shipping costs do not include customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient when the parcel is delivered.

Is possible that we require additional identification number from the customer in some countries needed for complete custom clearance.

Customer is responsible to know the import laws of their own country. If there is any restriction at the destination country related to the purchased products the customer is responsible of any issue, delay, return caused by unawareness of rules and laws, being responsible of all the cost related to these process.
