Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Enlo-1 offers you the possibility to change and/or return items purchased online. Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to change and/or return any products.

The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition.

If you have not contacted us before returning the goods and have not waited to receive the authorization number for the return (info@enlo-1.com), Enlo-1 reserves the right to accept the return. 

Once the return is approved (the items have to be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be credited to your account (which you must provide to us via email) in the coming days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank. 

If it is a return, the cost of shipping back will be charged to the customer. 

Enlo-1 reserves the right to refuse returns that have been communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.  

Exchange

If you want to exchange your product for another model, please contact us at: info@enlo-1.com -  In these cases, the shipping costs are paid by the customer. 

Replacement 

If the product supplied is incorrect or defective, it will be replaced by another item of the same model, or the same item repaired. The delivery time depends on the availability of the new product or its repair. You will be informed immediately of the status of the claim and you can decide whether to ask for a refund or to wait for the new product.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, Enlo-1 will bear the shipping costs of the defective garment.
